2. Appointments & Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Rapid Tire Mobile.

These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates

  • Customer support responses

  • Promotional messages (if opted in)

Message and data rates may apply.


4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

  • STOP – to unsubscribe

  • HELP – for support

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.

FAQS

What is a mobile tire swap?

Instead of you driving to a shop and waiting in a lobby, we bring all the necessary tools to your location. We swap your seasonal tires (on rims) right in your driveway or parking spot while you stay comfortable inside.

Can I modify or cancel my appointment?

Changing your appointment time or cancelling it altogether has never been easier. Immediately after reserving your time slot, you will receive an email confirmation with custom URLs to both reschedule and cancel your appointment. You can also call us directly if you would prefer to do it over the phone.

Do my tires need to be on rims?

Currently, we specialize in "on-rim" swaps. This means your summer and winter tires should each have their own set of wheels for a quick and efficient changeover.

Do you offer tire storage?

We focus on the service and installation side to keep our overhead low and our prices competitive. We do not offer off-site storage at this time, so we’ll leave your off-season set neatly tucked away in your garage or designated space.

How much space do you need to work?

If there is enough room to walk around your vehicle and it is parked on a relatively flat surface (like a driveway or a parking lot), we can do the job.

Do I need to be home for the appointment?

Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your vehicle and your seasonal tires are accessible (e.g., left out or in an unlocked garage), we can complete the swap and send you a confirmation when finished.

What happens if it rains or snows?

We work through most light weather conditions. However, if there is extreme weather that creates a safety hazard, we will contact you to reschedule for the next available opening at no extra cost.

Do you torque the wheel nuts to factory specs?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. We use calibrated torque wrenches to ensure every bolt is tightened to your vehicle manufacturer’s specific requirements.

Will you check my tire pressure?

Absolutely. As part of the swap, we adjust the air pressure in all four tires to ensure they are at the optimal level for the upcoming season.

How do I pay for the service?

We aim to make the process as seamless as possible. We accept e-transfers, major credit cards, and cash. Payment is typically handled once the service is completed.
